  • Newbie Struggling with Debt

    Hello.*
I am so grateful to have found you all and I truly hope you can offer me some advice.*

One of my issues is a recent letter from Lowell Solicitors giving me 30 days to reply with a break down of finance and payment offer, or to choose one of the other options such as "I do not owe this debt" etc.*

I do not know what to do for the best with* this,* as yes I took out the credit card I owe the money for (Aqua) but it was given to me whwn I was already badly in debt and had a really poor credit history. I also suffer with poor mental health. Hence my previous poor credit.**
I do now know if I should dispute the debt now or if I should accept the liability offer a repayment and argue the irresponsible lending with Aqua later?**

    Thank you in advance.*
