I just got a Parking Charge Notice for parking in Bellingham Leisure Centre. The machine was not working on the day, I know that much. I didn't collect any evidence on the matter, as I just thought it wouldn't come to anything. I have ignored EuroPark charges in the past and endured the snow storm of debt collection letters for them to eventually disappear. Should I do the same with this one, or appeal?
