CIFAS

I am a victim of fraud, the person living in my home at the time used my phone and email to apply for a car leasehold and gave a fake bank document but same bank sort code and account number. I got to know this when I applied for MBNA and was approved then declined and signpost to CIFAS . I contacted CIFAS and the data recorded as name,address,contact number used was mine to apply and a fake document was presented.1 I have the Lloyds bank account used for this application 2 I have a car and still paying for the car for the past 4 years, 3 I have a business and personal account with Lloyds . Hitachi solution company have written final letter stating because it is my email, number and address used they are going to keep the record on CIFAS stating I am responsible for this activity. Please advise because this has affected my inability to get a new account for a new business and I can go on and on of how this has affected me.
