I acted foolishly by using Facebook in ticking a tick box for a PPI company to see if I had been mis-sold any products. I have now recieved a bill from them saying another firm is involved so that it breaches the contract. I have allegedly ticked several boxes on the form but can not remember doing so. What is my option & can they charge me monies for each tick?
