  • Demanding a copy of a conversion recording

I am in the UK and help run a free social Facebook group, I have been accused of infringing on a local business intellectual property as they state the name of our group is to close to the name of a group associated with their business as it included the region name we live in. Example my group REGION NAME social singles their group REGION names Singles banter*

My group is not a business at all it is a free social group on Facebook.*
I meet with the owner and recorded the conversation i did not request consent but also did not hide the fact i was recording placing the phone on the table and they even stated "is there anything else you require for you conversation". They are now demanding a copy of the recording with in 48 hours but i said i wish to forwarded it via my legal representation.*
DO they have the right to demand this from me ?
