Long story short parking meter not giving ticket out after putting money in* *.call number on side of machine to report it ,machine voice tells me that the call has been logged. for* future reference that was 13/12/2017 on the 22/12/2017 got PCN for parking and not paying l contested it and what do you know they turned it down.* I sent another letter asking for my money back .did not hear anything from them untill 07/2/2020 with Letter Before Claim from. ELMS legal do think it is a fishing letter?
