Hi,. On 7th Feb this year I went out for my birthday for drinks etc...in the club I was in I came off the dance floor, tripped over bumping my nose and forehead. Head has cut and nose bled. The next morning I went to the local hospital referred to ent given all clear however I have lost ability to sneeze and worried as nose is still a little tender. Tonight is the first night I have been out I called into the said club and spoke with the guy who owns the club, he seemed to have no idea what happened as it was his son who was on that night. When I looked at where I had tripped the divider of dance floor to carpet. Carpet is frayed* this is where I believe I tripped. Friends have already said this is what happened etc but I went tonight to see and it's not repaired which is frustrating.* My question is should I or do I have a claim?*
