  • Power of Attorney

My wife and I have given each other and our daughter Enduring Power of Attorney (pre Oct 2007). We are now both in our 90s and capable mentally. Our solicitor is recommending that the EPA should be registered with our banks. Is this legally required or is it simply to make any future dealings our attorney(s) have with the banks easier?
