Hi. I've recently had two PPI claim refunds through Bank Smart. Their T&C's say their commission is 25% plus vat. Their invoices are for 32% plus vat. I've queried it, they are saying my details were passed on from Franklin Hughes t/a Ascend and their commission is actually 39%. I don't remember any initial contact with Franklin Hughes. What should I do?
