My husband as had time of sick due to depression
then on going back to work hes had odd days off sick cold sickness etc and he got a written disaplinary then recently we had 4 deaths in the family and he was having pain in chest went to g.p and they put him on sick anxiety chest pain
he went back to work after sick note finished they gave him a final written
Is this allowed
