Claimants claim was struck out now have filed N244 form

Claimant says they didn't receive/didn't understand they had to submit more info after initial claim.* We filed a defense stating it was limited due to lack of detail from claimant (and copied claimant on this defense) - but now have received copy of N244 seeking to get decision overturned.* What do I have to do?
