Defending a claims online case

Hi I've completed my acknowledgment and full defence within time allowed. It has now been 35 days since I filled defence and requested information from the solicitor. I have not received this information, the credit agreement, and the notification of selling debt to this company. In claims online it doesn't say the case has been stayed, although gone over time I thought they would have. What should I do know? Many thanks
