  • Piggy bank loan

I have been pursued by piggy bank for an apparent loan I took out I can’t remember if I did or not there’s nothing on my credit file . I said I haven’t taken a payday loan out in over 7 years and don’t remember taking one out with them. I’ve received this today.*email.

Please be advised that this loan was taken out on the 7th December 2012, to date you have not made payments towards the account. Your current outstanding balance is £480.23, however we can offer you a reduced settlement of £151.00. Once paid the remaining balance will be written off and your account will be closed, therefore reported on your credit file as fully settled.

If we are unable to put an arrangement in place, your account will be passed over to third party debt collection.*

Please be advised that if you believe you should not have been given this loan, please send information over to*complaints@piggy-bank.co.uk
Also I said I was in severe financial difficulties back then so am surprised if I was allowed to under the circumstances
