    Lowell are chasing me for an unpaid electric bill from 6 years ago on a house I joint owned with my ex partner I have never made contact with Lowell over this the debt was never mine as I moved out the house and my partner rented it out Lowell have today sent a letter saying it has been sent to there solicitors department if not paid the will issue a ccj what do you guys recommend I do thanks*
