Good evening
Allay claim have looked into PPI for me and have found an old written off loan which had PPI. The lender will offset the PPI fron the remaining debt of the written off loan (fair enough) but Allay want their usual fees even though I am actually not receiving anything.
How can this be even legal? I have had debt issues in the past amounting to an IVA and written off debt and am now back on my feet. Here comes along a PPI claims company which put me back in debt for something that was dealt with years ago.*
It's not even a small fee it is £1200. If i do not sign and return accepting the offer I presume they can still chase me for the fee. I am actually livid.*
