Hi we are 4 weeks away from our 3 year contract to end and Finace company are doing recovery of vehicle there was a late payment also a missed payment which was broken into our other payments 3 times my husband told them he will pay the 3 extra payments with the other payments hovever there has been a misunderstanding on the phone with my husband as he has a language barrier he told them he would pay on the next date the money goes out but they are are saying the payment was due as seperate when also they are saying the payment has been split all payments have been made to them even thou they Wer a little late they sent out default over email which my husband didn’t kniw of and know they are asking for recovery I have paid full money of the car for three years and I am wanting to give my car back at the end of the contract which is in 4 weeks plz help what to do*
