Credit File Impact

Hello,

I noticed that in our thread you stated that the account should have been closed already? Or that it was left open in error? Although the company was satisfied with a partial payment? Would the company in question be happy with a remaining balance being paid in full in order to get my credit score rating up and this account being removed 1yr early?*
