I have had a very stressful time my husband I’ll and other family issues l made a genuine mistake at work but it is being looked at as grosse misconduct. Quite simply l hit the wrong key in the keyboard which changes the process they know l have taken nothing and understand l was very stressed at the time as they said l probably should have had time off l have never been sacked in my life and the threat of this and the reason they where says just added to my stress so l terminated my employment with immediate effect so l could get other employment. They are now asking to see me l am very confused they have also sai if l don’t go to interview it could affect any reference given to future employers hope you can help
