Second witness statement/supplemental witness statement

Good evening all! I would be most grateful if someone could confirm to me whether or not I am allowed to reply to a Defendant's First Witness Statement by issuing a Second Witness Statement. I really need to address some false issues and accusations she has made in her First Witness Statement. Or do I need to seek the Court's approval before doing so? Also would there be a limit to the number of pages I would be allowed to use? Hope someone out there can help with this question. Thank you in advance.
