    I have posted numerous messages on a old thread and started this new one could someone please give me advice on the below i never would have took it this far if i had no support as i have not got a clue what i am doing Received a claim? Yes

    Total Amount Claimed :12,000
    Claimant’s Name:PRA
    Solicitors Firm: PRA
    Original Creditor: MBNA
    Original DebtCREDIT CARD
    Particulars of Claim: the claimants claims the sum of the defendant entered into a agreement with mbna for a credit card On 30/04/2013 the defendant defaulted on the agreement with a outstanding balance oN 21/06/2013 the debt was assigned to Aktiv Kapital Portfolio AS Oslo Zug Branch who itself assigned the debt to PRA group (uk) ltd on the 31/12/2014 Notices of assignment were sent to the defendant in accordance with S136 law of property act 1925 Payments of £51 were received up to 24/04/2018 AND THE CLAIMANT CLAIMS 1 The sum of !!
    Is the debt Statute Barred (have you had any contact with the creditor or claimant over the last 6 years?):

    Any Other Information or Background Details: i have received a Notice of proposed allocation to the fast track which has to be received by the court by 3/2/20 i have not yet received back from PRA the CPR 31.14 I need to send this form off by tomorrow can someone PLEASE HELP
