  • Clear Days for Remedy in Default Notices

Hi folks, can someone clarify if ‘clear days’ in regards time to remediate in a default notice includes weekends and bank holidays/public holidays, and if the start date is from the printed date of the notice, or deemed to be two days later as the being served date? *I have a default notice which has Xmas and Boxing Day included and I think this is cause for an invalid notice as this hasn’t been taken into consideration by the looks of things.
