  • Just found out I have a CCJ for a parking fine

I received a Judgement for Claimant letter (in default) from the County Court Business Centre. The amount to be paid was £185. (Claimant: Vehicle Control Services Ltd)
This was sent to my old address on the 25th November 2019.

I then received a letter from Elms Legal on the 12th December with the headline FIELD AGENT ATTENDANCE and the new sum of £275.

I contacted them and agreed to call back and pay at the end of January.

I now realise they have given me a CCJ and have been advised to apply for a set aside..*
Would this be the next step?

I cannot log in to the*moneyclaim.go.uk*website to check any details as I havent been given a password.
All the websites and forums say there should be a N1 or similar code but I can't seem to find it.

If it is the court then do I have the option of settling*the original amount*they asked for (185) or do I now have to pay Elms Legal*fees too (275)?
