back in 2009. I defaulted on my credit card and received a ccj...
CAB were dealing with my debts at the time and offers went out to creditors of £1 a month.....
6 years oh having bad credit has realy affected me but kept up with payments to creditors without fail....10 years on am being taken back to court over the same original debt and a possible ccj again.... is this right?
CAB told me to fill in court papers and admit the full amount as im paying monthly but i feel its not right any help please
