  • Wall incident

    Hi,

I’m new here and after some advise please.
I am being accused of reversing is to a wall, the wall collapsing and then leave the scene. I have had a letter from the police, I’ve responded to say I am the registered keeper and driver of the vehicle at the time of the alleged incident. *I was reversing slowly in a small car park, and touched a wall, I drove away and there was no damage to the wall. I parked in the same car park and was in an appointment for over 45 minutes, I came out, looked at the wall from across the car park and the wall was very much still up. I’m really not sure where I stand, how or why the incident was reported and what the best thing is for me to do now.

    thanks in advance.
