Whilst off for 6 months they been asking me to attend a investigation meeting trying to say my claims were malicious then agree do this meeting when i return to work. I am now covered the Equality Act 2010 and my back condition comes under disability as explained by occupational health and who advise* they need to make reasonable adjustments for my return to work. They are refusing to do that and allow me to return to work and want me to go for meeting and i keep saying i will when i return to work. If I dont go that it will a disciplinary offence. The manager i blew whistle on is the investigation manager and the investigation manager. Surely they cant dismiss me as my claims were not malicious but they will try say they were What shall i do.*
