CCA Agreement Advice Please

Hi, I am in the process of remortgaging to clear my debts and have requested CCA agreements from my creditors to see which I should prioritise and which are unenforceable. I have had one back for a credit card debt which seems to me a generic document. The address on the agreement is my current address and not the address of where I was living when I first took out the credit card. How do I tell if this is a legitimate document and therefore an enforceable debt?
