    Hi
I seem to have the same problem as other people have had before. I parked in this car park and paid to park there for 1 hour I did not go over the hour but have received a parking fine. They say I parked on private land but I understood it to be an Iceland car park. The photo on the fine letter looks an ANR photo if I am not mistaken so how would they know where I actually parked. I do not mind being fined if I am in the wrong but on this occasion I have done nothing wrong as far as I am concerned. Please advise me how to afford being fined £60 when innocent. I have written in an appeal straight away.Kind regards Maxine
