Indirect contact order

I am a grandparent and been given indirect contact to my grandchild who is 5yrs old child lived with us till she was 4yrs old but due to mum alienating the child against us do bad cafcass recommendation was indirect contact as it would be harmful for the child even though when the child sees us she smiles and waves while on her own but when with her mum she looks to the floor the child in my opinion was told what to say to cafcass officer mum never engaged in the court proceedings once we went to court 6 times mum spoke to cafcass in the phone while in court and agreed with the cafcass officer that I could meet the mums father to give the child her Xmas presents but failed to turn up I no mum is not going to comply with the order we was given monthly contact via letter or card etc how long do I have to wait before I can go back to court for breaching the order I no it's premature but with past experience I no mum will not comply
