Took a loan out 2006, defaulted 2011, shoosmith sent letter in 2016 saying they were taking me to court. Sent letter back about it being statute barred which they said it wasn’t. Asked for a copy of all the original documents. They took over 3 1/2 years to get back to me. Finally dec 2019 they sent copies of my payments but no cca. Requested that and they have now provided my application form and a cca that’s only 2 pages of 6 ? Still threatening court action. Took this loan out before we had 2 kids and only one income. Really can’t afford to pay back £5k.*

is there any way around this ?*
