  • Dealing with a will with people with mental health

After my sister died her husband who was also living at my house because they could no longer live in their own home due to their son and daughters behaviour so they came to live with me they got all the money that was in the house and bank accounts but then they were both sectioned for 12 months the house was left to them in the trust but it became inhabitable the state was unbelievable to how my sister and brother left it so the house was sold and the money went into trust with myself and the other trustee being my other sister who is 77 and lives 80 miles away but they demand cash am I allowed to give them cash out of the trust by myself my sister has now had a stroke and is unable to use her right hand and it is me who is getting persecuted for the money they want large amounts like £10,000 in cash and I don't know if I can get it for them without my sister which I will try but I don't want to give them cash what if their house got robbed would they say I have been negligent personally I wish it was of my case I don't need the stress of of it in would rather transfer the money into their account the lot if I was allowed but don't want to get in trouble*
