  • Access right as a tenant

Hi, my neighbour has been granted planning permission to add 3 ground floor extensions and go into the roof of their bungalow to create 2 double bedrooms plus a bathroom.* I know the owners builders do not have an automatic right to enter my property without permissions to erect scaffolding on our patio area and would need our permission.* We are tenants of the property (private landlord).* Can the landlord give them permission and disregard our wishes?* Thanks.
