Hello - I received a PPC from Parking Eye for parking in Chichester , I was 16 minutes over a 2 hour limit ,having already paid. However, I appealed on the basis that using POFA 2012 legislation it took over 14 working days to get my*parking 'fine'and*Parking Eye were part of BPA and*should adhere to their Code of Practice *as well as primary legislation. The PPC This was my grounds of appeal , this was rejected with no note taken on this legislation in the appeal from Popla. Can anyone advise what to do next ? The day the notice as sent was a Saturday , I followed the legislation guidance and it stated the*notice must be received within 14 days and I got it 17 days after the date I parked. ****
