I have a secured loan with what was welcome finance not coast finance. I originally borrowed £15,000 for what I thought was 10yrs. Now over 10yrs later I still owe over £10,000 and they say my loan was for 15yrs. As I’ve never received a contract from them I’ve asked for a copy of my agreement that says it’s for 15yrs. They tell me they’ve basically lost the contracts and have nothing too prove what there saying. As it’s a secured loan I pay it because it’s against my home but how can they prove that if they have no agreement.*
