Hi I'm in a bit of a pickle I'm being taken to court on a possession claim. But Guinness partnership have made* some errors on the claim form against me. 1st stating phone calls saying 7 it's been 4. 2nd stating they sent out a possession order on 26th april 19 which I have not received and if I had then this was dismissed as I was never given a court hearing and payments were up to date on my part. 3rd stating my financial situation is not known which is a complete lie because their accounts show who pay them and I have copies of my housing benefits and also i have copies of the guinness account also they are claiming that i dont receive anything. I dont know where I stand and they sent me the claim form out on the 23rd Dec knowing full well I couldn't obtain legal advice as all offices are shut of the Christmas and new year period (fuming as you can imagine trying to fill in my defense form) feeling hopeless right now*
