*Agree Good morning last month I arranged to have my car returned to Close Bros motor finance as per my right to voluntary termination. Novembers direct debit was paid on 16th as arranged as a final payment. The agency responsible for the collection of the car advised they were unable to to have an agent available until the Monday which was the 2.12.2019. The day following collection *I received a call advising me of charges due for minor damage to front bumper skirt from kerb. I paid the sum of £97.30 and advised I would not pay a further charge for for excess mileage of £35. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Today I’ve received a Notice Of Sums In Arrears for the total sum of £298.37?
