Hi. I'm in desperate need of advice and help. *I have had a PayPal account for some years. Recently the option of Pay after delivery has become available to me. *Initially I thought I could manage this and pay after the 14 days but it has gotten out of control. I have now racked up around £600 in purchases. I have bipolar disorder and a shopping addiction. The first payment is due tomorrow and I do not have any money in my account or my backup account and although I will have some money from my disability benefits I will not be able to pay this money for a long time. My questions are...What will happen? Have I committed fraud knowing after I started making purchases I would not have the funds even though I convinced myself at the time that it would be ok? I made the purchases over a 14 day period and it was like I had totally lost control and couldn't stop spending money I didn't have. I feel like I have come down now from a massive high and now need to deal with the consequences. Please any advice would be appreciated. I know I have done a bad thing.
