UKCPS PCN help please
Hello All
I'm looking for assistance with a PCN issued by UKCPS. I was dropping my Daughter off to catch her train back to Uni at the back of Gateway House near Manchester Piccadilly Train Station, not in a car park, just on the road behind. I have done this a few times in the past 3 years with no issues, I stop, she gets her case out I give her a hug and off she goes, I get back in the car and off I go. I have never seen any signs that I shouldn't stop here briefly. On this occasion i received a PCN letter demanding payment from UKCPS for parking. Do I have to pay ? Do I have to advise I was the driver?
