  • Money judgement to be restored at liberty.

I had my property repossessed November 2013.The property sold 6 months later the mortgage was paid off.3 secured loans on the property were apportioned some profit from the mortgage but this left a shortfall on them.At the Court the Mortgage Lender asked for Money Judgements to be restored At liberty at the two hearings I attended one for the mortgage the other for the secured loans. So is the time limit 12 years from when I attended court or from when the property sold.I haven't received a request for any monies.I only know the shortfall as I requested all the information on the accounts etc by paying a £10.00 fee for it.
On the secured loans it states that they have been written off but I presume any monies outstanding with a Judgement are just that and nothing to do with a previous contract.
My financial situation hasn't improved either.
