Deposit for College Trip
I paid a deposit for a college trip but had to end my studies and leave the college.
They said deposit was non-refundable. I never had a letter or contract stating it was non-refundable.
I realise it doesn't need to be in writing.
The reason I think I should get a full refund on my deposit is that they booked the trip after I left college therefore I wasn't even booked onto the trip meaning they have made a gain.
