  • Cca agreement

Hi sorry I have no idea how this all works, looking for some advice. I'm currently setting up a dmp with StepChange, one of my creditors is very and I have been using this until last week, as i opened this account a long time ago, I asked for a cca agreement, they have sent one back stating it's the original, however, they have my name as my old married name and it's dated 2010 yet I didn't get married till 2013, so I'm not sure if they have just made it up? I also did one for littlewoods, I've also used this account recently but they said they can't find an agreement. Because I've been using the accounts recently are these enforceable debts? Can very just say they have an original copy but then make one up? Is that legal? Thank you for any help, as I don't really understand how it all works
