I recently got a PCN through the post from BW Legal regarding along with a letter from Napier parking saying i didn't display a valid parking ticket. From the incident and when i received the letter on Wednesday 11th September i had moved and changed cars but was late changing details with dvla hence why i have missed the appeals and got letter from BW Legal.

The parking happened at Milton Keynes central station i parked round the back of the station in the car park there on the 27th September i parked right by a pay and display sign which clearly states you must display a valid ticket anyway the pay and display machine was less than 10 meters from my car, i put it on the dash board in very good visibility for everyone to see ( i brought a weekend ticket which expires on the 30th September at 04:00 i actually returned to my car on the 29th September at lunchtime). On Wednesday in the letter i received it said i didn't have a valid ticket on display which Napier car park attendant kindly took some great pictures on the valid ticket and signage, my car with the pay and display machine in the background so all can see.

Napier are saying that the ticket i brought wasn't their ticket and the pcn is correct. i replied to BW Legal who were baffled when i presented with the evidence. I Emailed Napier and said Where on the sign does it tell me what pay and display machine to use and also show me where the nearest machine is to my car because the nearest machine to me is the one i used.

    where do i stand?
