What can I do privately *to get my money after a warrant for £1500 was issued over a year ago and the bailiffs have failed to do anything?*
Can I send in heavies of my own - is that legal?
The Warrant for £1500 as issued over a year ago and the defendant still haven't paid a penny. I was only able to supply the warrant office with a registered office address which ended up a serviced office.*
I believe I have now found he Owner of the Company's home address. I emailed the warrant office/bailliffs *the new address and have heard nothing in 6 weeks.
I was told to expect a 65 working day response time - that's 13 weeks
Its too ridiculous and clearly the court system is hugely overstretched*
