Details are. I am the claimant and am suing someone. I was requested at the directions hearing to send my witness statement, the defendant then had four weeks to respond and send his own witness statement which he did albeit 5 weeks late!
Will his late witness statement be allowed? Â*If yes would I be able to submit an addendum to counter some of his untrue claims??
The hearing date is a little over two weeks away
