Hi, needing some help. I took a 1 year SIM only contract out with O2 on the 11/07/2014. At the end of 2015 I went to Thailand. Didn't use my phone to make any calls etc. I used the hotels WiFi every time. I was then issued an amount of almost £8900 saying I owed them this. They illegally took out £1800 out of my overdraft, which I got my bank to pay me back. Now they sold the debt to Lowell's saying I owe £4915 still. Now they sent me a letter of claim saying I have 30 days to respond. I asked them for a copy of the contract and debt purchase amount etc with no luck. Could anyone help me with this please.
