Dwp debt management owe me
So it would seem that for months I’ve been lying a debt that doesn’t exists.
I called dwp DM and they told me it was for child tax credits. So I phoned the HMRC and they said that I don’t owe them anything.
I called Dwp DM again and explained it to them and then all of a sudden they could see there was no debt to be paid.
I’m unsure of how much exactly I am owed from them but they have taken my bank details a few days ago and said that the refund will be issued.
I’m still waiting for that refund and was wondering if anyone in a similar position knows how long it does take?
