  • Fall injury

Hi - I had a fall recently in a public building and fractured my arm in two places, having tripped over a low barrier in front of an exhibit. Thankfully, I am now on the mend. I want to know whether I would be entitled to compensation, as my friends and family tell me I surely am, and how to go about approaching the building owners. Should I write to them directly or get a solicitor to do this for me? I'd be grateful for any guidance.
