My husband has been unfairly dismissed and discriminated against due to his mental health impairment. We have appealed on the following grounds: failure to follow acas code, the investigation, evidence collected and disciplinary meeting were not impartial, disability discrimination, failure to consider his explanation into the circumstances leading to dismissal, unfair penalty, clear disciplinary record was not considered and the disciplinary meeting Chair bullied, intimidated, discriminated against my husband and failed to act impartially. An appeal meeting has been arranged chaired by a colleague of the original meeting- same HR company. No reasonable adjustments have been made and they have not taken into account the fact that my husband stated in his appeal letter that he was seriously unwell. He can't cope going through it all again. What do we do?
