Hi I work in a big company I have been signed off work 4 weeks now with mental health I got a sick note of the doctor took it to work they never sealed it in a envoplope they put it in a filing cabinet were one of the managers have gone in and read my medical records and diagnosis and conditions and told several members off staff as they have messaged me telling me what was on my sick note it has been found on cctv they looking at it it is a breach of confidentiality and a breach of the company policy in many ways it has been threw investigation but other members off staff that ain't managers no the out come and other stuff without coming straight to me about the outcome first can I take them to court and sue the company for this thank you
