  • ESA and Pension

    Hi there,

Hope you can help. Due to my husband on Contributory ESA due to an illness ,I am also on Support Group Contributory ESA. we have having difficulty paying our bills and mortgage. The mortgage and bills are in my husband's name. AM I able to withdrawn some money out of my pension as a lump sum to tied us over, or will this be deemed as deprivation of assets? I think I can take a lump sum out but not sure.thank you
