CCA responses

Hi, I have had responses from my CCA requests from all the creditors now. All apart from 1 has said they aren't able to get it but I still have to pay them. I have sent them all letters stating that until i receive the CCA I will not be paying anything further. Link Financial are calling me and texting me and writing to me. I did call them to tell them i had written and will not be paying until they find the CCA and they are still texting saying i have to call them. What do I do now? can I make a complaint. I did initially offer them 25% of the final amount which they refused. Also one of the creditors that provided the CCA wasn't legible so I wrote to them to resend and reminded them of the statement of account they needed to provide. The SOA has now been sent but I'm not sure if this is just a print out of something, so what does a statement of account look like please. If you could help I would be very grateful
